KREDIT Microfinance Institution Plc., founded in 1993, is a permanent license Christian Microfinance Institution which is contributing to the social and economic development of communities by enabling the economically active poor to improve their lives through its reliable and sustainable financial services such as Loan, Deposit, ATM&CDM, Fast Payment, Payroll service, and local money transfer. To meet our recent operational growth and expansion, KREDIT Microfinance Institution Plc. is currently seeking for qualified candidates for the positions as the following:
- Credit Risk Officer (CRO) (1 Position)
- Implement and maintain the effective risk management framework within KREDIT Microfinance Institution Plc.
- Assist and facilitate Operational Risk and Compliance Unit Manager to conduct risk assessment workshop and risk control self-assessment (RCSA) at both branch and department premises including new activities and services and projects.
- Provide input for updating operational risk policy and procedure and Credit policy and procedure to ensure the policy reflect the best practice.
- Support Senior Credit Risk officer in conducting Credit review to identify credit risk and root cause of loan default to assigned clients.
- Assist in conducting annual credit risk mapping and operational risk mapping.
- Prepare credit risk and operational risk reports
- Consider and suggest methods to improve risk analysis and reporting.
- Collect, coordinate and validate Loss Event Data from branches and departments.
- Coordinate and follow up the implementation of risk registers, controls, and action plans.
- Review and support business units to identify the process gap and risks involving in KREDIT’s operation.
- Assist in conducting Business Contingency Plan training to KREDIT staff.
- Perform other tasks assigned by Risk and Compliance Unit Manager
- Bachelor Degree (4th Year Student) or holding the BBA in Business, Accounting, English or Law.
- Willing to learn more with highly motivated and commitment
- Good command in English, both oral and written
- Ability in using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Willing to travel to work in the provinces ( for mission)
- Independent judgment with strong analytical capacity and creativity.
- Good facilitation skill is preferable.
